This is my own guitar, an experiment using all woods grown in Oz. The top is Paulownia, an investment forestry wood related to balsa. The back and sides are curly tasmanian myrtle with a tasmanian oak neck. The bridge is jarrah and the fingerboard is myall, one of the hardest woods I have worked with. The sound is warmer than cedar, clear and loud.
This is my standard cocobolo/spruce look, with cocobolo back and sides, tasmanian oak neck, ebony fingerboard and padauk bridge.
